Terms And Conditions
By using our website and placing orders with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions which apply to any interaction you make with the site.
Payment - We accept payment via PayPal and Create Payments.
Laser cut Wooden and Acrylic Items - We aim to ship all items within 10 working days after we received cleared payment. This can vary at busy times and all times are an estimate only.
CNC / Solid Wood Items - We aim to cut and ship orders within 10-15 working days after we received cleared payment. This can vary at busy times and all times are an estimate only.
You will be notified of any delays.
We accept no liability for any delays beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to; couriers delay, postal service delay, stock availability issues and cutter malfunctions. All dispatch times are an estimate only and can vary during busy times such as Bank holidays, Easter, Christmas periods etc.
Receipt of damaged items - If you receive your order and it is damaged we will
require photographic evidence of the damage within 1 working day of you receiving the order. Once received we will resend a new order out to you as soon as possible.
24 Hour postage - This is made via royal mail 1st or UPS. It is based on 1-2 working days delivery times.
During busy periods these times may be extended by the courier. We are not liable for these changes.
Economy Postage - This is based on royal mail 2nd or low cost courier. It is based on 3 + working days delivery times. During busy periods these times may be extended by the courier. We are not liable for these changes.
Northern Ireland Postage - We are currently in a TRIAL RUN STAGE for posting to Northern Ireland. The postage costs are based upon a 48 hour courier but this can vary depending on availability at the time of posting. We reserve the right to cancel any order to Northern Ireland at any time with issue of a full refund for any reason.Our Refund Policy
Bespoke and Personalised orders - When you choose a bespoke or personalised design, we are unable to provide refunds and all orders which are cut are final.
Please stick to the guidelines we set in the items listing for the personalisation which can be added, ie: names or specific areas of text that can be changed as any extra wording will not be added and only the information we have specifically asked for will be used.
There are no refunds for any personalised items where this has not been adhered to correctly.
Products (non-personalised) -
We accept returns on products (non-personalised) for a full refund minus any paypal fees (if payment was made via Paypal) providing they are returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must arrive back with us in the condition that we supplied them in. Return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer and refunds are processed on receipt of the products back to us.
Products - Acrylic
Please be mindful that all Acrylic has a thickness tolerance. This means the thickness can vary from one batch to another and still be classed as the same thickness. This is a natural occurrence and means that some designs will require glue to hold them in place. This is not a fault and will not be treated as such.
Should you wish to return any item due to this reason it will be classed as an unwanted order and you will be refunded less the postage costs and any paypal fees (if payment was made via paypal). You will also be liable to pay any return postage costs.
Pricing & Payment - We accept payment via Paypal and create payments.
Mawbespoke.co.uk reserve the right to change prices listed on physical
or digital publicity materials without prior notice.
Completion of the checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order which takes place only once we update your order to 'Processing'.
Once we change the status to Processing, Customers will receive an email to confirm the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to return your payments before the order is accepted, if we need to cancel the order for any reason.
Mawbespoke.co.uk quotes apply for 30 days from the date of their supply. After 30 days, clients should request an updated quote for any goods or services required.
Only one Discount Code can be used at any one time.
Cancellations - Consumer rights to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. If you are acting as a consumer (i.e. not entering into a transaction for business purposes), and purchasing via mail/telephone/website order, you have a right to cancel your purchase within seven working days of the day after the date of delivery, and to return any unused item for a refund.
Any refund requested will be processed less the original Postage costs and also any Paypal fees incurred, if you paid for your order via Paypal.
Return delivery costs are at the consumers own cost.
These rights only apply to non personalised items and do not apply to bespoke or personalised goods for the reasons stated above in the refund policy section. For example, you do not have the right to a
refund on items made to your size/logo/name or any other
To cancel an order you must e-mail us with your invoice number. Goods must be returned unused, and you must take reasonable care of them whist in your possession.
Return goods will need sending back to us at the address provided when we acknowledge your cancellation email. Please obtain a receipt for proof of postage when you return your goods.
Unless goods are received broken or incorrect, you must return them to us at your own expense.
In the event that goods are faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the return delivery charge on receipt of the items.

notice to cancel.
We reserve the right to cancel any order with immediate refund of any payments made if we notice a genuine error within our website shop.
This does not affect your statutory rights and will only be a decision made for a genuine mistake.
In these cases the order will not proceed to 'Processing' (please see Pricing and Payment for further informtion).
We will notify you of the cancellation and the reasoning behind any such decision via the email address you provide.
Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the Site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantee that the content on the Site is accurate, complete or up to date.
